MarketSource is currently searching for a part-time Sales Associate to work within our partner, Target Mobile. This is a part-time position, designed to increase sales and revenue of wireless products and services through direct selling within our partners national retail locations.


Responsibilities:


Sales:


  • Driving sales productivity and customer satisfaction within Target Mobile retail locations on various Wireless products, accessories and services to customers
  • Engaging in side-by-side selling with retail associates
  • Growing the Target Mobiles wireless division sales performance and other key metrics through sales, training and marketing promotions
  • Developing and managing in-store promotions, and coordinating with appropriate personnel
  • Implementing and managing wireless sales events in retail locations
  • Positioning Client’s value, including but not limited to:
    • Creating product and brand awareness for various wireless products
    • Communicating competitive knowledge and advantages of various wireless carriers products and services
    • Communicating Target Mobile benefits compared to competition
    • Effectively communicating various wireless carriers plans, features, products and services to customers
    • Creating first-rate customer experiences
    • Supporting select retail outlets in assigned geographical territory

Training and Coaching:


  • Providing Client product and service, including but not limited to
    • Providing customer service consultation within Target Mobile locations
    • Ensuring that retailers associates are trusted wireless experts of all wireless carriers products and services
    • Coaching for content and skill improvement to the retail store management and sales associates
    • Providing positive reinforcement and adult learning techniques to promote learning and skill improvement
    • Providing general coaching to sales associates to sell/demonstrate wireless products and services to potential customers
    • Maintaining sound knowledge of multiple carriers wireless products and services
    • Attending requested training sessions and conference calls
    • Reviewing new product and service offerings from Client

Relationship Development:


  • Establishing and managing critical relationships within Target Mobile
  • Developing and managing positive business relationships with retail store management and employees
  • Consulting with store managers in their development of detailed monthly business plans for each assigned location, seeking consensus on monthly Client goals, including but not limited to:
    • Managing and tracking progress against plan
    • Communicating progress and opportunities with store managers and Client leadership
    • Meeting regularly with store management including site visits
    • Serving as a point-of-contact for business consultation
    • Serving as a point of escalation for questions or issues including individual customer issues

Merchandising:


  • Partnering with store managers, ensuring correct product mix and quantities, including but not limited to:
    • Ensuring proper merchandising at locations, including product placement, maintenance, and brand compliance
    • Increasing visibility of wireless carriers products and services
    • Restocking merchandise as needed and allowed
    • Working with in-store personnel.

Management:


  • Participating in retail partner’s weekly sales meeting, including but not limited to:
    • Providing regular reports to sales leadership
    • Participating in and completing required sales training

General:


  • Representing Target Mobile and MarketSource in a professional manner at all times

This position is located within the Police Service at the Denver Campus of the Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS). This Service provides law enforcement and security support for the ECHCS; its subsidiaries, and the Fort Logan National Cemetery.  The primary duty station for this position will be at the Colorado Springs CBOC (Community Based Outpatient Clinic) and will primarily provide law enforcement support to VA facility locations in Southern Colorado.  The primary purpose of the position is to perform the essential functions of the job which include but are not limited to the suppression of crime and criminal activity, the protections of life and property, the apprehension and arrest of violators of criminal laws, the identification and recovery of stolen/missing property, familiarzing themselves with all aspects of the environment being protected (property layout, resources and personnel).  Police initiate contact when unusual persons, circumstances present, and when accidents occur; perform investigations and submit detailed reports on all such occurrences.

  • Receives payer filed not paid reports from management.
  • Researches accounts.  This includes attempting to fix the account before calling the payers.
  • Corrects any issues with accounts.
  • Reports recurring payer issues to regional management.
  • Processes probate accounts:
  • Receives account probate notification.
  • Researches probate information with client clerk of court or website.
  • Updates account information.
  • Processes going to collection accounts:
  • Receives monthly precollections report.
  • Reviews and attempts to get the account filed/paid.
  • Complete various projects as assigned by management.
  • Assist with other team member processing areas as directed by management.
  • Communicate trends and opportunities for improvement to regional management.
  • Meet routine deadlines and work schedules as well as timely and accurate completion of special projects and any other duties as assigned.

    Physical Requirements:

    The ability to sit for 8 hours with occasional breaks.  The ability to type and work with high levels of accuracy and speed for 8 hours with occasional breaks.  Good manual dexterity, strength and health of hands, fingers and wrists.  Adequate eyesight in order to read correspondence and computer monitors. Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines.
