Senior Systems Analyst - Aurora, CO

A electronic security services leader seeks a Senior Systems Analyst located in Aurora, CO.

Summary

Provides production support and administration of existing business applications including Billing and Accounts Receivable, Finance/Tax Reporting, Document Imaging, and Accounts Payable. Analyze and evaluates existing and/or proposed systems and devices to process data. Prepares detailed program specifications and coordinates the systems installation with the user department ensuring satisfactory results.

Duties and Responsibilities

Support and enhance automated systems by applying system solutions to business issues.

Ensure enterprise performance and reliability.

Assist in the design, development, and implementation of test and production systems.

Configure, analyze, and maintain systems and applications to support business processes and functions.

Monitor and maintain performance metrics for system features, and recommend and develop corrective/preventive actions.

Applies knowledge and experience with technology and application development methodologies to perform system analysis techniques, testing, debugging, file design, and storage.

Work with cross-functional teams to identify technology modifications that will impact business processes.

As required, perform configuration, change management, and testing activities.

Provides support of all system/service components, including installation, configuration, maintenance and support.

Collects information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems, research, plan, install, configure troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade system components and services.

Analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures and/or problems to define operational services needs.

Prepare detailed flow charts, diagrams and other architectural documentation outlining system capabilities and processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve HW, SW and connectivity problems, including user access and component.

Configuration, record and maintain HW and SW inventories, component licensing and user access and security.

Conduct technical research of system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required and compatibility with current systems/components.

Maintain confidentiality with regard to information and data being processed, stored or accessed.

Mentor junior analysts in procedures and best-practice for all operational areas.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

Associate degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Education:

Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience.

Job Title: Director of Quality Assurance - Mental Health Services

Job Description:

A large multi-site behavioral health organization is looking for a new Director of Quality for their Mental Health Services department. This employer provides mental health services in several counties in the Denver area. Facilities include both inpatient and outpatient treatment centers. The patient population served ranges from pediatrics to geriatrics. This is a newly created position that will allow the new Director to have a large impact on operations and strategic planning.

This is a permanent position which includes benefits and the pay range for this position is very competitive and comparable to pay rates for similar titles in acute care hospitals.

Director of Quality Assurance - Mental Health Services

This is a challenging position that will require strong leadership skills and the ability to deal with implementing new culture and efficiency initiatives within this organization. The quality assurance directors primary responsibility is to oversee agency compliance with relevant county, state, federal and private funder regulations.

Additional Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and maintain processes that provide ongoing monitoring of work products across all Mental Health services. This includes, but is not limited to, service documentation standards, billing guidelines and overall contract compliance.
Responsible for overall supervision of all mental health clinical managers and staff
Provide clinical consultation and oversight, ensuring all documentation meets standards and that evidence-based treatment models are applied with fidelity.
Develop and maintain training manuals and materials for agency clinicians and staff.
Oversees the disciplinary and grievance processes for the Mental Health components.

Director of Quality Assurance - Mental Health Services

Prior Quality Director experience, prior experience with mental health units or organizations.
Masters Degree or PhD preferred. Prior Six-Sigma and Baldridge experience preferred.
