Summary
Provides production support and administration of existing business applications including Billing and Accounts Receivable, Finance/Tax Reporting, Document Imaging, and Accounts Payable. Analyze and evaluates existing and/or proposed systems and devices to process data. Prepares detailed program specifications and coordinates the systems installation with the user department ensuring satisfactory results.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support and enhance automated systems by applying system solutions to business issues.
- Ensure enterprise performance and reliability.
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of test and production systems.
- Configure, analyze, and maintain systems and applications to support business processes and functions.
- Monitor and maintain performance metrics for system features, and recommend and develop corrective/preventive actions.
- Applies knowledge and experience with technology and application development methodologies to perform system analysis techniques, testing, debugging, file design, and storage.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify technology modifications that will impact business processes.
- As required, perform configuration, change management, and testing activities.

Plan, implement, and maintain processes that provide ongoing monitoring of work products across all Mental Health services. This includes, but is not limited to, service documentation standards, billing guidelines and overall contract compliance.
Responsible for overall supervision of all mental health clinical managers and staff
Provide clinical consultation and oversight, ensuring all documentation meets standards and that evidence-based treatment models are applied with fidelity.
Develop and maintain training manuals and materials for agency clinicians and staff.
Oversees the disciplinary and grievance processes for the Mental Health components.
Director of Quality Assurance - Mental Health Services
Prior Quality Director experience, prior experience with mental health units or organizations.
Masters Degree or PhD preferred. Prior Six-Sigma and Baldridge experience preferred.
