- 2+ years of Ruby on Rails Development experience is preferred
- Bachelors in Computer Science or related field of technical or quantitative study
- Strong background in OOP, Computer Science, MVC and related best practices in Software Development
- Experience with XHTML or HTML5 and CSS, JavaScript including jQuery, Web standards, and cross platform browser compatibility.
- Strong scripting knowledge in Ruby and JavaScript; bonus for other scripting languages (PHP, Python, Perl)
- Experience with social networking or user-generated content systems is a plus
