BI Developer / Database Developer

Insight Global is currently seeking a strong Business Intelligence / Datebase Developer for a 3-6 month contract with possible extensions and/or conversion to perm employee. They will be assisting in the maintanence of the clients current environment and utilizing their advanced skill set to improve Business Intelligence initiatives and functionalities around data extraction, analysis, and reporting. The candidate a thorough understanding of the microsoft stack and be well versed in T/SQL and datawarehousing. They must understand advanced concepts of Cube development in SSAS and also be able to design efficient dashboards. This is a Senior level position and the client is looking for a self starter that can bring in new ideas and be able to work in fast paced, team friendly environment.  RequirementsAbsolute s:

• 5 Years of BI/Datawarehousing experience
• Strong Analysis, Concept, Design, and Presentation Abilities
• SQL Database
• Strong Database Development background (well versed in T/SQL - SQL Development Language)
• Microsoft Stack:
• SSAS - Actual Cube Creation and Tuning
• SSIS - ETL Automation
• SSRS - Reporting Experience
• Performance Tuning
• Thorough understanding of BI dashboards
