What Youll Be Doing:

- Be directly responsible for the support of the entire Windows environment by performing the following duties:
- Develop and maintain image distribution
- Maintenance of Windows server releases
- Able to articulate and share area of expertise to customers
- Document technical problems, resolutions, and processes for assigned tasks and projects
- Develop and conduct training for Tier II and systems engineers to further develop the virtualization expertise of the staff
- Required to be a part of an on-call rotation, and will occasionally be responsible for after-hours maintenance work

What You Need To Apply:

- Knowledge of full breadth of Microsoft products (MS SQL required)
- Exhibit strong organizational, analytical, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
- Must be able to maintain ownership of vendor relationships and ongoing technology assessments
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines
- Experience with building a clustered system
- Work experience in large hosting or campus data center environment
- 5-7 + years industry experience with recent hands-on experience
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
- MUST have current MS Certifications (MCITP, MCM)
