Sr. Middleware Developer

Providing a best in class portfolio of enterprise web services is what we do. We run 20MM+ web services calls a day through our platform and this number is growing daily! We are looking for a new member to join our team here in Englewood, CO to help us continue to provide best in class service to our stakeholders.

Primary responsibilities fall into the following:

• Ability to use concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to translate documented requirements into object oriented pattern based code, ideally in Java or Software AG WebMethods. Ability to guide 2-5 senior developers on various tasks.
• Ability to own a complete functional area from analysis to design to development and complete support.

A successful Sr. Middleware Developer will have:

• Bachelors degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; and 6 plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Java / JEE object oriented pattern based development experience.
• XML / XSD, UML, SOAP UI, UNIX, Eclipse.
• Source code management (Subversion, PVCS, etc.).
• Web Service development and Software AG WebMethods development experience.
• PL SQL Development, Oracle / SQL Server.
