The Maintenance Manager is a hands on position that coordinates the efforts of the maintenance team to install, troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and make necessary repairs to the facilities. Supervises the performance of advanced preventative maintenance on all machinery, facility support equipment, and building. Maintains a clean and safe work area. Initiates and installs improvement projects. Performs basic failure root cause investigation. Modifies PLC & HMI Programming. Serves as liaison for external maintenance vendors. Manages maintenance spare parts inventory. Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Two year associates degree in electrical / mechanical maintenance, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience as a multi-craft maintenance manager in an industrial environment. Experience in printed circuit board facility preferred.
Must be eligible to work on defense and satellite programs subject to ITAR Regulations. Therefore, candidates must be U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card).
