Position Summary: Responsible for the proper maintenance and repair of slot machines, may also serve as part of the slot verification process and assist in the handling of the slot fills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adhere to guest service requirement listed above.
- Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
- This is a uniformed position, which requires that team member’s are in compliance with uniformed appearance standards while on duty.
- Must maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential information disclosed by an Ameristar entity.
- Comply with all Company and departmental policies, procedures and internal controls.
- Responsible for the repair, maintenance and general operating condition of the slot machines.
- Responsible for the machine initial fills.
- May assist in jackpot payouts and the verification process.
- Responsible for the installation and removal of slot machines.
- Maintain player-tracking system.
- Maintain EZ Pay equipment.
- Responsible for the slot machine maintenance.
- Strong problem solving, mediation, coaching, and consulting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledgeable of applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Fully competent in Microsoft Office.
- Mechanically inclined.
