Warehouse Manager at Englewood

Job Description

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Maintain a clean, orderly, and organized 25,000 sq. ft warehouse 
• Analyzes and proposes methods of sustained productivity increases
• Ensure delivery dates are met by shipping all available product on time.
• Effectively counsel and manage employees on performance, productivity, and attendance.
• Responsible for the carrying out the requirements of the company’s quality program, promoting a safe environment and compliance with appropriate local, state and federal laws, statutes and company policies

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience as a warehouse manager or supervisor in a production environment.  Additionally, we require:

• Must have strong leadership and organizations skills; and a track record of developing a successful team environment
• Strong project management skills.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal OSHA safety regulations
• Knowledge of location, state and federal DOT transportation regulations
• Experience in forklift certification and inspection, and operating various warehouse equipment
• Must have exceptional time management skills
• Must have proficient PC skills to include Microsoft Office products
