Job Classification: Contract A corporation with multiple locations nationwide, is actively seeking an experienced avionics installer to perform aircraft modifications. Essential job functions of the avionics installer include but are not limited to: assembly and fabrication of wire harnesses; removal, installation and testing of all types of avionics systems and wiring.A qualified avionics installer will have experience in: reading blueprints; routing, cutting, crimping, pinning, terminating, and soldering wires. Tools and secret security clearance are required by the client. A qualified avionics installer will have a minimum of five (5) plus years of Avionics experience, three (3) of which include installations and modifications.The qualified avionics technician will need to be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime. The open position is a twelve (12) month contract with a possibility for direct hire. $100 per diem per day up to a maximum of $500 per week is offered to eligible candidates.
