Job Requirements

As our Broomfield, Colorado based Education Specialist, your first mission will be to develop and organize our corporate education strategy for our Sales and Marketing Staff, then to start building out online and self-paced customer/partner technical training and course content. To this end, youll leverage your expertise in gathering design specifications, structuring content, storyboarding, needs analysis generation and design revision to create (from scratch in most instances) fresh, sophisticated courses while improving those now in place. Well call on your top-notch, polished communication skills to collaborate with developers and other training stakeholders and to design quality instructional courses ensuring more satisfied customers. Key to this task will be eliciting information from our engineers, coupled with your understanding of security products/applications, networking protocols and web technologies so you can transform product information into multimedia eLearning and live and virtual classroom curriculum and technical labs. Your ability to multi-task and continually prioritize changing project deliverables within our fluid and emerging customer training function will be crucial to your success. Besides the technical aptitude and curriculum design/delivery skills needed to succeed, an exceptional candidate will also have the kind of personality and sense of humor that enlivens instruction and makes classroom attendance an enriching experience.
