Job Store Staffing is recruiting for a Plant Maintenance Technician for graveyard (night) shift. 

Our client, a local food manufacturing plant is seeking a Plant Maintenance Tech who is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment, and scheduling routine maintenance and repairs on boilers, electrical, machinery, hydraulics, mechanical, ammonia refrigeration, pneumatics, welding and packaging equipment. 

Plant Maintenance Tech Responsibilities:
Ensure continuous operation of machinery and equipment,
Schedule routine maintenance and repairs
Communicate with plan managers and other maintenance techs as to repairs made, parts ordered and estimated completion time.

This is a union worker position and will follow under the union contract and guidelines.

Job Requirements

Plant Maintenance Tech Requirements:

* Must be able to read, interpret and understand technical manuals, blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
* Must be able to perform all physical demands of the position.
* Must have 2-3 years experience performing maintenance and troubleshooting malfunctions in a manufacturing environment.
* Must be proficient in basic computer skills and have the ability to learn companys computer programs.
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication. 
* Must have experience in Manufacturing Industry.

* Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, background check and drug screen.
