Silverado is presently seeking a Business Manager to join our Memory Care Communityteam.

Qualifications:

• Education:High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent required.
• Experience: Five years maintaining office ledgers either manually or computer-generated.A working knowledge of private billing as well as accounts receivable and payable and payroll.Must have the ability to type forms with accuracy.Possess a working knowledge of financial statements and the bookkeeping process.Must have working knowledge with Microsoft Excel.Minimum two years Human Resources experience.Must have the ability to deal with basic Associate Relations issues.PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
• Supervisory Experience:One year of experience supervising others to include: setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration and teamwork, promoting company culture, managing change, providing performance feedback, delegating effectively, resolving conflicts, etc.
• Other: Must have valid drivers license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.Ability to read, write and speak English. Must be comfortable working in an environment with pets and assisting in the care of community pets, including, but not limited to, dogs, cats, and birds.Willing to demonstrate passion and ability to work with people with Alzheimers disease and other dementia-related disease.

Summary of Major Functions:

• Responsible for all accounting and basic HR functions of the community.
