Kitchen Managers attend a thorough 8-week training program including wine education and thorough training in a class setting as well as a hands on setting. RequirementsIdeal candidates will have 2 years of experience working in high volume restaurants with a scratch kitchen, a passion for food and wine, and a dedication to quality. Additionally, ideal candidates will have a record of longevity, leadership and strong oral and written communication skill. We are looking for team-oriented people who are dedicated to superior service and quality.
