Facets QA Test Lead

Required Skills:

- Ability to proactively lead with product management, design and development to engage in collecting performance test requirements

- Extensive LoadRunner scripting experience. Ability to script using LoadRunner for http and web service requests and set up test scripts for work load model needed and create test scenarios to accurately mimic test requirements

- Ability to work with and guide resources at offshore locations and help knowledge transfer and oversee quality of deliverables

- Good working knowledge of SQL Server and ability to write queries and use SQL Profiler to identify SQL Performance issues

- Good knowledge of .NET and IIS performance and ability to monitor performance counters to determine bottlenecks.

- Ability to clearly document performance test results and findings to create guidance material that can be used by customers.

- Responsible for exploring and introducing tools involved in monitoring, measuring, debugging, coding and tuning for improved product performance.

- Maintain positive product group interactions.

- Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.

- Provide feedback to analysis/training staff about product performance considerations.

- Provide assistance to developers and performance engineers to determine root cause of performance problems.

Preferred Skills:

- 5 plus years Facets experience including experience on 4.41 or greater.

- Travel-70-100%
