Senior Business Analyst

Experis IT client is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a long-term consulting assignment downtown Brooklyn in the Metrotech area.

Client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who has exeprience facilitating and gathering requirements for ETL/Data Automation solutions.

Looking for a candidate who has worked on projects involving data migration between multiple entities. Looking for someone who understands datasets.

Client is looking for a candidate who has PRIOR NEW YORK CITY AGENCY experience. Having worked for any other local or state government may work as well but the preference is NYC government.

Huge pluses: CaliberRM, IIBA member, CBAP, CCBA

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.
Candidates must possess at least 4 years of relevant business analysis experience gathering and documenting high level and detailed requirements, technical specifications, use cases, and test cases, for large-scale government enterprise application projects.
The consultant must have hands-on experience with all of the tasks and deliverables listed in the Scope of Services section, and must be able to work independently and with both functional and technical resources.
Proven experience in defining requirements for solutions in multiple-entity environments (multiple agencies, business partners, etc.)
Experience with an automated requirement tools (CaliberRM preferred)
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
