Concierge Patient Registration Representative
Candidates will be working in a Kiosk in the Lobbys based out of one of 11 Medical Offices and will be working directly with members.
They will be promoting and assisting members with Kiosk Self Service registration questions on how to navigate kiosk screens. They will be working with the EPIC program but will be trained on how to navigate and use the program.
They will have to ask some confidential information to get the correct answer and understand how to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
They must be very professional and compassionate in handling unique questions.
Their main role will be to provide a positive experience with and direct them to the right resource that can help them if the kiosk will not allow them to proceed through registration.
Job Summary;
Acts as a first point of contact for Permanent members and assists them through the self-service registration under minimal direct supervision. Makes members and their needs a primary focus of their actions. Actively seeks information to understand the members needs, problems, expectations. Builds rapport and cooperative relationship with members. Considers how actions or plans will affect members; responds quickly to meet members needs and help refer them to the next step in their registration process for patient care.
Essential responsibilities: Serves as the Ambassador for Permanente by exhibiting, respectful, professional, courteous, and friendly behavior towards members and providing a positive experience for all members. They will use available resources to determine the next step in the process for the. They must be able to demonstrate Critical Thinking and Problem Solving during challenging registration situations.
Candidates must have proven 2-3 years of Face to Face Customer Service Skills.
These candidates must have the ability to present and promote the positives of technology.
Prior Healthcare experience appreciated not required.
Strong Customer Service and Professionalism are mandatory.
Must be Able to Stand on Feet for entire Shift

Hours of these positions will be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
