Web Developer/UI Position:
Must-haves:
Proficient with HTML, ramping up to proficient with HTML5 and Semantic HTML concepts.
Proficient with CSS, ramping up to proficient on CSS3.
Proficient with JQuery and Javascript.
Strong background of development with ASP.NET MVC3 or above with C#. A background with ASP.NET Web Forms will also be needed to support
Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining enterprise websites.
Understanding of progressive enhancement, responsive design, and web performance concepts.
Passionate about user experience, interaction, design, and continuous improvement.
Willing to take ownership of all the applications they work on.
Nice to haves include: SQL Server, WCF, experience writing and consuming services, Entity Framework, TFS, and prior experience in a Scrum/Agile Environment.
Middleware/Services Position:
Must-haves:
Proficient with SOAP-based WCF Service development
Proficient with Restful WCF Service design and implementation
Familiarity with Entity Framework and LINQ queries as well as ADO.NET
Experience with T-SQL development and database design
Experience integrating with 3rd party interfaces
C# coding experience preferred
Willing to take ownership of all the applications they work on
Nice to haves: Understanding of web development (MVC and/or Web Forms), any experience with Azure/AppFabric Messaging or Service Bus and prior experience in a Scrum/Agile Environment
Generalist Position:
Strong on many of the must-haves, with a few gaps here and there acceptable, made up for by strengths in other areas.
