Job Description:
Customer Service Representatives are needed immediately! Are you friendly, outgoing, and enjoy working with the public in customer service relations via phone and email, than this opportunity is a perfect match for you!
This position offers the opportunity to demonstrate your desire to assist others through customer service relations. In this position you will answer calls and respond to customer inquiries, handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email, research required, information using available resources, manage and resolve customer complaints, provide customers with product and service information, enter new customer information into system, update existing customer information, process orders, forms and applications, identify and escalate priority issues, route calls to appropriate resource and document all call information.
Simply, all you need to qualify for this position is a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of customer service principles and practices, knowledge of call center telephone procedures and technology, 1+years in a call center or customer service environment, good data entry and typing skills on call center database, and knowledge of administration and clerical processes.
