The Facility Business Manager will have responsibility for managing and operating our facility in Sterling, CO. This facility averages almost 20 rail cars of unloads per day with the equivalent number of trucks loaded out per day. This position is heavily focused on operations but there could be a sales / merchandising component to the job for the right individual.

Responsibilities include:

Manage the facility in a productive, safe and reasonable manner.

Coordinate logistics and insure that all rail and truck processes are in place to meet the locations shipping and delivery needs.

Providing outstanding service to Scoulars customers to assure competitive operation that maintains the viability of Scoulars business.

Required:

Must have a minimum of 3-5 years industry experience, preferred.

Supervisory experience preferred.

Must demonstrate strong and effective communication skills.

Must be energetic, show initiative and possess innovative sales skills and abilities.
