The FAS spends time doing technical sales and support. Travels to customer sites, uses video con to do technical presages, and then training post sales.
Qualifications:
- 50% travel; could jump to 80%
- Excellent customer service mentality
- Excellent at technical sales
- Experienced in molecular biology, biochemistry with a focus on nucleic acid product development/support
Preferred
- PhD in bio field
- Experience with customer support and/or field training
- Solid understanding of supporting next-generation sequencing systems
