ABOUT THE JOB
The incumbent will be primarily responsible for the translation of core technology I.E. scanning into market relevant solutions, positioning of those solutions into the market, market understanding, and support of the sales cycle process directly and through the delivery of sales tools, and the effective communications of docuLynxs scanning strategy and business into the market through the marketing communications function.
Required Skills:
Planning
Development of a market requirements document yearly
Secondary market research
Primary interface to press and influencers
Indentification of market opportunities through research and direct interaction with the market through the field organization
Support of pricing analysis to determine market-based pricing for scanning
Win /Loss analysis
GTM Planning and Execution
Development of a positioning and messaging document for the scanning business
Identification of the buyer persona
Identification of the scanning eco-system and necessary partnerships to drive the business
Definition of relevant solution packages including packaging and price
Identification of the necessary sales process together with the field and relevant sales tools per sales cycle phase
Development of a launch process for new scanning acquisitions and acting as a coordination function with other relevant functional groups within docuLynx.
Sales Enablement
Identification of the relevant sales tools for every phase of the sales cycle and the creation of those tools.
Development of playbooks for the relevant market segments docuLynx choses to compete in.
Development of training materials und execution of sales training
Direct support of the field in the selling process.
Scanning Evangelist
Core interface to PR and influencer community
Sales and business development resource for the field.
Development of social media content
Involvement in market-relevant conferences
Marketing Planning
The function is ultimately responsible for the scanning marketing plan on a quarterly basis. The manager works closely with the head of marketing communications in developing quarterly marketing plans in detail including:
Segment specific plan
Development of marketing campaign concepts and programs along with key messaging
Development of program content and social media content.
Responsible for the development and tracking of Pipeline / QML Models and adjustments to Marketing programs to ensure that MQL commitments are met.
Is responsible for scanning marketing budget for direct marketing and social content marketing programs.
Perform other duties as may be required.

Education
Preferably a bachelors degree and 7-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
