Other job responsibilities and duties include: Mastering ESMs Education Consultant / Call Center protocol Providing information to students about admissions processes or requirements via phone or internet Setting admissions appointments for students Navigating through ESMs Customer Relations Management (CRM) and automated phone system Updating student inquiry progression on ESM databasesAll other duties as assigned.Required Minimum of 1 year or more customer service experience. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook) and the internet Ability to pass assessment testing H.S Diploma or GED Be at least 18 years of age. Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen. The available for a shift during the hours of operation are between 6:00am to 8:00pm including Saturday.Preferred Degree or equivalent experience Previous call center experience Previous multitasking experience Previous Problem solving experience
