Talent Sourcing Advisor

Duration: 1 year contract

***Please note that this is not a full cycle recruiting role and we are specifically looking for individuals who have heavy sourcing experience. 

Responsibilities

• Build and develop high value relationships with potential candidates.
• Source, screen, track, and recommend qualified candidates.
• Develop an extensive candidate pipeline to fill niche roles, current/future requisitions and recurring requisitions.
• Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research.
• Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals.
• Cross post requisitions to niche sites.
• Execute sourcing strategies that produce a diverse slate of candidates.
• Network with external sources to continually improve and enhance relationships, as well as maintain the company’s presence in the market.
• Perform candidate funnel analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate with candidates/new hires (phone and email) throughout entire hiring process.
• Leverage prospective candidates, new hires and employees for referrals and competitive information.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• 3-5 years of proven sourcing experience in an agency, search firm or corporate setting.
• Demonstrated hunter mentality sourcing/networking skills. 
• Proven, advanced sourcing capabilities including, Boolean search methods & techniques, utilizing social networking, research tools, on-line resume banks, competitor mapping, and other creative sourcing techniques such as blogs, alumni groups, conference attendee lists, personal home pages, etc.
• Outstanding lead generation skills and candidate conversion skills.
• Adept with cold calling and engaging passive candidates.
• Self-starter with strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple searches and projects in a fast paced environment.
