Job Description We are seeking a results-oriented Project Coordinator for our Aurora, CO location. The Project Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact with customers, develop customer relationships, and manage all aspects of a customers order from pre-sale to post sale, coordinating with engineering and operations management as necessary. He/she will work as part of a team to coordinate quote and order entry, price negotiations, managing the order through the production process, addressing post sales issues and technical support follow-up. The Project Coordinator is responsible for owning and ensuring world-class customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Build and establish professional relationships with the customer by having a thorough understanding of business processes, by communicating product knowledge effectively, and by providing timely responses and resolution to customer issues and requests.
Exhibit advanced understanding of all product brands, including catalog nomenclature, circuiting options and mechanical or electrical restrictions.
Coordinate with engineering and operations management to solve customer product and technical problems.
Gather and understand all information required on custom requests, foresee technical issues and problems.
Provide a quick resolution to issues, such as service and warranties, returns, damaged freight, etc.
Perform accurate fixture take-offs as needed by adhering to the fixture schedule provided and business engineering standards.
Accurately submit the final approved BOM to the back-end system.
Create accurate Quotes and Order Submittal Packages and return to customer within 24 to 48 hours.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Minimum qualificatons are a HS Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
2 years experience in technical customer service role.
SAP or equivalent MRP system, MS Office Suite preferred.
Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to present technical information to customers clearly and concisely.
