Position Description and Requirements

We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, qualified individuals passionate about hospitality, food and wine to join our team! The restaurant manager is responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant. Ideal candidates should possess the following in knowledge, skills and abilities:

* Minimum of 2-3 years of recent restaurant management experience

* Possess the ability to effectively make decisions and resolve problems

* Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Interact positively with guests and team

* Demonstrate strong leadership skills and have an aptitude to train and development one self and a diverse staff

* Support and respect our culture and values

* Tenacity for meeting challenges, honest and focused

* Knowledge of cost controls such as labor, productivity, food cost and other expenses
