The successful applicant will provide high level of support to the product line via technical selling, proper product application and product performance support. Must grow existing and develop new business relationships to increase sales of Weatherfords Product Lines.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work within an established geographical area to generate new business and grow existing customers
- Develop and maintain long term customer relationships with key decision makers within the customer base
- Provide technical knowledge and support to customers
- Work with internal and external resources to solve customer issues
- Maximize revenues for Product Line Services with assigned clients
- Assist Sales Management with formulation of sales strategies and yearly budget
- Develop individual sales plans and growth strategies
- Identify new product opportunities and development strategies
- Assist and introduce new Weatherford Products and Services into account
- Prepare and give sales presentations
- Generate and submit bids to customers as needed
- Facilitate "pull through" offerings at every opportunity
- Visit customer worksites to make certain the product is meeting customer expectations
- Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by manager within the physical constraints of the job
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum of combined 3-5 years sales/field experience
- Ability to quickly gain broad based knowledge of multiple Weatherford Product Lines
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills
- Ability to liaison between Customer and Weatherford across all levels
- Self-starter with a high level of motivation
- Ability to work independently as well as work as a member of a team
- Valid drivers license
- The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations
