Job Description
Lakeshore and an established company located in North Denver have partnered to identify a Senior Accountant to join their growing team!
The right candidate will have the following experience:
- Advanced Accounting Knowledge
- Journal Entries
- Balance Sheet and Income Statement Variance Analysis
- Property Tax Accounting and Reporting
- Sales Tax Accounting and Reporting
- Monthly Reporting
Additionally, managing Month End Close processes, including:
- Closing Entries
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation
- Expense Analysis
- Month End Reporting
Job Requirements
Requirements for the ideal candidate include the following:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting required.
- A minimum of 4+ years experience in Accounting preferred.
- Must have strong computer skills specifically in Excel and experience with accounting related software.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to proactively resolve or escalate issues across functions and follow up as necessary.
Candidate must meet all eligibility requirements to drive a Company vehicle! This includes:
- Must have a current, valid drivers license issued by the state in which they reside.
- Must have current motor vehicle liability insurance.
- No convictions for any driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs charges (DUI) within prior 5 years.
- No greater than three (3) moving violations within prior 12 month period.
