Senior Accountant at Denver

Job Description

Lakeshore and an established company located in North Denver have partnered to identify a Senior Accountant to join their growing team!

The right candidate will have the following experience:

  • Advanced Accounting Knowledge
  • Journal Entries
  • Balance Sheet and Income Statement Variance Analysis
  • Property Tax Accounting and Reporting
  • Sales Tax Accounting and Reporting
  • Monthly Reporting

 

Additionally, managing Month End Close processes, including:

  • Closing Entries
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliation
  • Expense Analysis
  • Month End Reporting


 

Job Requirements

Requirements for the ideal candidate include the following:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting required.
  • A minimum of 4+ years experience in Accounting preferred.
  • Must have strong computer skills specifically in Excel and experience with accounting related software.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to proactively resolve or escalate issues across functions and follow up as necessary.

 

Candidate must meet all eligibility requirements to drive a Company vehicle!  This includes:

  • Must have a current, valid drivers license issued by the state in which they reside.
  • Must have current motor vehicle liability insurance.
  • No convictions for any driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs charges (DUI) within prior 5 years. 
  • No greater than three (3) moving violations within prior 12 month period.
