Randstad Technologies is seeking a Sr. Software Developer for a 12 month contract opportunity in the Denver Tech Center. Must have 12+ years of experience, and have either Lead/Manager experience of at least 5+ years.Job Details - Leads activities to develop, document and maintain complex architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems. Leads development, documentation and maintenance of complex architectures for software systems. Develops project or operational plans aligned to departments objectives. Implements plans to ensure business, technical and customer requirements are achieved. Assigns authority and responsibilities to employees to execute the plan. Reviews plans execution, makes appropriate adjustments, and resolves issues. Monitors appropriate metrics to ensure performance to plan.Skill Set: C/C++Java (nice to have)Window MFCSilverlightWindows 8IOS/Tablets
