JOB SUMMARY:G&K Services is looking for entry level sales professionals who are looking at starting their careers in sales. Our sales team is focused on signing new customer accounts. As a Territory Sales Associate (TSA) with G&K Services, you will be provided world-class training and development that will enable your promotion into a Territory Sales Representative (TSR) Promotions will be based upon criteria agreed upon by you and your manager.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Under the Sales Managers supervision, works with one or more seasoned Territory Sales Representatives to learn TSR responsibilities and sales techniques.
Makes joint sales calls with assigned TSR(s) and assists in qualifying leads, creating and presenting proposals to prospects, closing sales, market research, networking, etc.
- Assists with new account measuring and paperwork for TSR accounts sold, including client site visits to measure wearers, completion of Sales Folders, creating Account Summaries and other paperwork to keep Salesforce.com up-to-date
- Re-qualifies existing prospects for TSR team through telephone and face-to-face meetings. Generates appointments for TSR team by contacting Salesforce.com prospects on each TSRs behalf. Joins assigned TSR(s) on customer appointments, scheduled by TSA..
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales or Marketing preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years business experience in a sales or customer service-related position (retail, restaurant, call center, i.e.)
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Proven ability to learn quickly.
Ability to effectively lead and facilitate business meetings with customers and prospects -Demonstrated tenacity.
Enthusiasm for selling
- Demonstrate cooperative behavior by actively participating in team projects and helping out when asked
Exhibits achievement-oriented behaviors, such as striving to exceed goals
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, analytical and reasoning skills.
