Junior Sous Chef at Denver

This posting is for a Full-Time Jr. Sous Chef at the Hyatt Regency Denver. Candidates must have open availability, on any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.

The Altitude Junior Sous Chef is responsible for demonstrating a good understanding of a kitchen operation within the hotel and the ability to assume department responsibilities as assigned. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency at producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests expectations in a timely manner.

Candidates must have previous culinary education and consistent, high-volume restaurant kitchen experience, cost control experience, good communication and be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills. Computer proficiency is also required.

This position involves a considerable amount of walking and standing. Candidates must be able to lift, carry and push a considerable amount of weight.
