Project Management for cell site integration services for Mobility UMTS carrier, Sector Add, NSB and LTE in Rocky Mtn markets. Territory includes UT and ID aprx 100 - 300 project build. Will consider out of market candidates, but prefer local to Salt Lake City, UT.

Project Management services include overall management of OEM vendor teams, Telecommunication RF, e911, core and Ops to meet CE program and project On Air targets. Specifically, Integration PM services include the coordination of tasks between telco ready (MS109) through On Air (MS149/150) with focus on Telco, e911, Scout, CIQ/ ATM and the entire datafill process Manage high value long term strategic projects that involve newand/or enhancing technology, are highly complex, and require tight coordination and integration with multiple organizations and suppliers
Provides overall direction and technical or analytical guidance to project and program teams that typically span multiple organizations and may also include outside suppliers/vendors
Leads large cross functional teams to manage programs within allotted timeline and budget
Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion program/project(s) across the entire organization
Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports
Leads program meetings and is responsible for program tracking and analysis
Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews program/project deliverables
Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Provide a Monthly Report to Telecommunication Mobility Local Market Management summarizing the status of each program managed and the milestones achieved. The Report will also outline Status, Risks, Opportunities and Recovery Plan (if applicable). Identify appropriate processes required to successfully expedite works, update standard process as required by Telecommunication Mobility Market Management
