IntelliSource is currently recruiting for Loan Servicing Analyst to work at a financial institution. This position is a short term project based assignment with our growing client. We are looking for an energetic, experienced Loan Servicing candidates who is eager for a new challenge in banking! Starts immediately!!!
Key Responsibilities
Review Servicing notes an provide a narrative summary
Data entry
Able to identify and understand servicing notes that relate to potential areas of concern within the loan document that is being evaluated
Items to identify and evaluate in the servicing notes include; lien issues, title issues and claims, bankruptcy, foreclosure, loss mitigation efforts, deceased borrowers, headline risk, tax liens, property issues/damage, servicing issues/delays, servicing/compliance issues, litigation, threats, collateral documents
General understanding of bankruptcy and foreclosure steps and stages
General understanding of Loss Mitigation practices and products
Analyze 15-20 loans per day
Requirements
Prior Loan Servicing or Processing experience
Ability to recognize and identify the servicing components listed in the above responsibilities
Excellent business writing skills
Ability to pass assessments on knowledge of documents and skill qualifications
Able to pass a background check
Positive Attitude
Able to make good judgment calls on documents
Fast learner
Comfortable with computers and databanks
Detail Oriented
Data Entry
