.Exciting job opportunity for a per diem Wound Care/Ostomy Nurse Educator! Job Duties:

Exhibit broad clinical expertise and judgment framing these nursing and technical skills to align with the companys overall strategic goals.

Establishes strong empathetic, caring relationships with external customers by answering medical and technical inquiries using clinical experience and demonstrating accountability with a focus on superiors customer service.

Demonstrated ability to assess customer needs and implement a plan of action that is results oriented.

Assesses, investigates, and follows up on all reported adverse reactions, providing customer service and satisfaction through clinical intervention while adhering to FDA regulations and corporate policy.

Maintains an in depth knowledge of products including features and benefits with the ability to identify appropriate product recommendations adding to the customers quality of life.

Expresses clean and concise ideas in writing and oral communications using good grammatical form and exhibiting warmth and compassion during phone interactions.

Job Requirements

.Nurse Educator Knowledge and Experience required:

RN or Bachelors Degree in Nursing with Ostomy and or wound clinical experience in either Acute Care or Home Health setting.

WOCN certification required.

Two to four years clinical experience required. Exceptional customer service skills.

Working knowledge of common Microsoft software applications.

Mastery of core knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to ostomy and wound care and use of appropriate products.

Demonstrated ability to communicate with and instruct a diverse customer base at various educational levels.
