Loss Assignor
This position assigns claims to the appropriate claims representative based upon the representatives workload and experience. In addition, evaluatesattributes of incoming claims in order to triage the claim to the appropriate claims representative. Manages the loss assignment database and ensures claims representatives attributes,schedule, and skill levels are kept current.

Additional Responsibilities:

-Meet and greet walk-in customers; answer questions or direct people where to find the right solution

-Answers the main office phone

-Coordinates office documentation creating, retrieving and delivering files and copying documents

-Interacts with customers and medical providers to obtain additional information on claims

Schedule: Must be flexible to work between 6am - 6pm MST

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.- Proficient in use of Claims related programs.- Excellent organizational skills.- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize
