Job Description

Responsibilities: Kforce is in need of a Lead IT Technician to assist in a Win XP to Win 7 migration project in Denver, Colorado (CO).Job Description:The duration of this project is approximately 3 days and is for Monday 09/30/13 - Wednesday 10/02/13. You will be migrating operating systems and creating system images. You will also be identifying, isolating, and capturing the cause of service impacting problems. Polite customer service skills are required and extremely important. Working this project will also add you to our bench and make you a regional tech for all IT projects in the Denver area with Kforce.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience is preferred
• Qualified candidates will have experience troubleshooting PCs and reimaging hard drives
• Experience within or across network vendor technologies with knowledge in one or more network vendor technologies
• Working knowledge of hardware/software used to identify, isolate, and capture the cause of service impacting problems
