Job Description:
To support project management, testing and UAT coordination for Network IT programs. Candidate should have a fundamental understanding of telecommunications networks and processes. Requires an understanding of Layer 1, 2 and 3 networks. Needs to be able to create and manage test plans, conduct system and regression testing. Provides executive-level status reporting. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a self starter requiring little supervision.

Required skills:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Generally requires minimum of 5+ years experience
Ability to perform independent system analysis, establish product specifications and plan implementation activities across multiple operational districts
Experience in vendor management and the coordination of multiple vendors activities
Ability to learn new technologies and testing protocols quickly
Detailed and action oriented
Excellent inter-personal and organizational skills; ability to influence others to get things done
Self-starter; ability to complete project with minimal guidance
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
5+ year program management / systems development experience
5+ years of experience developing with programming languages (i.e., Java, Java Script, .Net framework ) Experience with Software Test Automation, including API or Web Services testing (Selenium, Agile and Waterfall model), QA Testing methodologies, XML,HTML,SOAPUI, HP Quality Center, Mainframe/Mid-range knowledge.

Desired skills
Masters in Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline or equivalent work experience
Strong technical and analytical skills; strong experience in system analysis and design; demonstrated knowledge of wire-line networks, protocols and technologies
Ability to work effectively with internal and external groups and vendors required
Exceptional communicator in written, graphical and oral forms, with a collaborative and flexible style
Prior working experience with testing, Layer 1 network initiatives a plus
Able to create presentations (using PowerPoint and other tools) of very high quality, using information assimilated from multiple sources, distilled to clear, impactful slides.#CBRose#
