Job Description

Job Classification: Contract Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Responding to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, eligibility and claims. Provide information and appropriate solutions to the customer. Position requires Customer Service Representatives to track as well as gather information, develop and maintain positive customer experience to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
