Marketing - Manager - Corporate Events at Englewood

Job Description

General Job Duties:
Work closely with the Senior Corporate Events Manager in planning and coordinating internal corporate conferences, including but not limited to the World Sales Conference, Global Success Conference, Investor Day, Board Meetings and other corporate activities.

Required Experience/Skills:
5-10 years experience in event planning and customer service for a large global or national organization. Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) qualification preferred. Must be skilled in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

Qualifications:
??? Must be able to interface at a board member and senior executive level.
??? Must be able to manage external vendors always looking for maximum advantage and outcomes for IHS.
??? Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills are critical.
??? Possess professional verbal and written communication skills.
??? Requires frequent independent judgment/problem solving to proactively resolve issues and rapidly respond to unexpected issues with little to no disruption to processes.
