The Project Manager (PM) primary functions include: Plan, schedule, and coordinate the implementation of radio communications equipment in accordance with the Motorola CWIN contracts and Statement of Work. Schedule and manage all service subcontractor activities on the project PM will report directly to the Motorola CWIN Program Manager Provide weekly project reports Attend project and customer meetings as required. The scope of work to be provided pursuant to this Work Order is described below. This summary is intended to provide a high level description of the Services associated with the Project. CWIN is a phased portion of the Colorado Statewide Digital Trunked Radio System (DTR). DTR is a 700/800 MHz Project 25 Trunking System for Public Safety and Public Service agencies throughout the State of Colorado. CWIN consists of the build out of approximately 60 radio sites individually contracted by local agencies and administered by the State Department of Information Technology. The requirement is for a field Project Manager to manage subcontractors in the installation of communication sites while working closely with the Motorola Project Team and the State of Colorado. 2. SERVICES Below is an overview of the Services the Project Manager will provide to Motorola on the State of Colorado project: The Project Manager (PM) primary functions include: Plan, schedule, and coordinate the implementation of radio communications equipment in accordance with the Motorola CWIN contracts and Statement of Work. Provide World-Class customer service support to the State of Colorado Maintain and update project tracking documents. Motorola reserves the right to interview and select qualified candidates proposed by SDI. The start date is targeted for August 1, 2007. This aforementioned summary is intended to provide a high level description of the Services associated with the Project Manager position for support to the planning, final design, implementation, systems testing, and close-out efforts of the State of Colorado CWIN projects. This agreement is for 5 months and not to exceed $68,000.00 for labor and $5,000.00 in travel expense. If mutually agreed upon, this Agreement can be renewed beyond that period, or, either party can initiate discussions as to how to modify the fixed weekly payment schedule to be a deliverables-based payment schedule. Business travel is required and will occur on a regular basis. 3. LOCATIONS AND MOTOROLA PROVIDED EQUIPMENT The Services within this Work Order primarily shall be performed throughout the State of Colorado. The Contractor may also perform the Services in miscellaneous Motorola and Customer office locations, home office locations as well as potential regional Customer presentation venues. Unless otherwise specified in this SOW, Contractor will provide Contractors own equipment in the provision of the Services. Motorola may, at its own discretion or at Contractors request, provide necessary equipment such as a laptop, modem or cell phone to assist Contractor in the efficient provision of the services.Country: USA, State: Colorado, City: Golden, Company: Superior Group.
