Job Responsibilities
The Residential Sales Representative sells title and closing services and products using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge and skills to influence customers and assist them in applying the products/services to their needs, resulting in revenue generation. In addition the position provides input and participates in the marketing, market planning, and technical development of products and services.
Job Requirements

Proven Record performing in the top 10% with detailed stack rankings

Track Record of "cold calling" in a geographic area

Experience in developing a territory through new account acquisition

Strong computer knowledge working with Word, Excel and Salesforce.com

Strong interpersonal selling skills working in a "business to business" sales environment

Ability to network with similar organizations within a territory

"Outside the norm" thinking to develop new business

Is able to be compensated based on performance

Understands changing needs with the real estate/lender industries

Thorough understanding of residential and lender segment products and services is a plus

Excellent customer relations and telephone usage skills

- Thorough knowledge of marketing/professional sales techniques
- Ability to identify and take action to build strategic relationships between LTGC and other individuals and organizations to help achieve business goals
- Ability to develop and sustain productive customer relationships
- Ability to maintain effectiveness when working with people of diverse cultures or backgrounds
- Ability to clearly relay information appropriately to all levels of the organization, through both oral and written communication
- Ability to correctly interpret messages from others and respond appropriately
- Ability to use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of ideas or plans
- Ability to stay with a position or plan of action until desired objective is obtained or is no longer reasonably attainable
- Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills
- High degree of desire to achieve objectives; strong personal initiative
- Basic knowledge of title industry
- Solid skills in ACT, Microsoft Office Suite, MS PowerPoint, E-mail, Internet, and Windows
- Solid working knowledge of technology and systems use of automation both internal and external
Education or Formal Training and Experience:
- A High school diploma. College degree preferred.
- 2+ years in outside sales, title or related industry preferred
