Customer Service Representatives (Lakewood/Golden, CO)

Kelly Services in Arvada is currently recruiting for 3 Customer Service Representatives for a National Resturant Chain taking esculation calls.

Requirements Include:

- Intermediate computer and phone skills, with ability to toggle between and work within numerous programs at one time
- Ability to type at least 35 wpm with accurate data entry skills, demonstrates proficiency using PC applications such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- At least 6 months of previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Ability to communicate clearly: speaking with a pleasant phone voice, and using proper grammar and spelling
- Ability to work varying shifts - Monday through Friday and be available for weekend shifts (weekends are required)
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required
