Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced SaaS Applications Support Analyst for a contract to hire scenario. This position is responsible for customer technical phone support for a SaaS ITSM, IPCM and Discovery product lines, and you will be a Subject Matter Expert in all areas of software support.RESPONSIBILITIES:
??? Log and Capture all inbound incidents via internal Incident Management tool.
??? Troubleshoot customer incidents and provide resolution within defined response times.
REQUIREMENTS:
??? BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or other related degree
??? Minimum 3 Years of experience in technical or application support industry
??? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
??? Intermediate knowledge of Windows Operating Systems; 2003, 2008, XP, Vista and 7.
??? Intermediate knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, Names Pipes, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, Routing, proxy, and firewalls.
