Compensation: $72,000.99 to $88,000.99 per year

Cutting Edge Advertising Agency is looking for a Working Payroll Manager to join their fast-paced, fast-growing team. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for someone with the below qualifications:RequirementsBachelors Degree in Business Administration/Finance/AccountingPrevious Management Experience REQUIREDADP Experience Required Enterprise HIGHLY DESIREDWorking Manager will be overseeing 1 person but will be an integral part of the payroll processingHourly & Salaried, Multi-State, Shared Service (Forecasting for Taxes & Benefits knowledge a plus)Job Description: Process bi-monthly payroll journal entries.Prepare, analyze, audit, and balance payroll reports and accounts.Provide day-to-day management and oversee payroll processing in a Shared Services model.Prepare and complete government, HR, and finance reports and surveys by entering and maneuvering data in the payroll database.Prepare and analyze monthly forecasts for benefits, payroll taxes and 401K. Maintain employee confidence and protect Shared Services Payroll operations by keeping information confidential, and maintaining professional and technical knowledge.Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations by completing quarterly audit.Audit accuracy of accrual informationPrepare year-end processing by reviewing and adjusting accumulators, creating reports, and entering taxable fringe benefit information.Manage and monitor Assistant Payroll Manager. Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting.Minimum 6-8 years of payroll experience or equivalent combination of education and payroll experience.Must have experience with ADP. ADP Enterprise is a plus!Experience in processing a payroll for over 600 employees including hourly and salaried professionals. Previous supervisory experience a MUST.Ability to maintain confidence and protect Human Resources/Payroll information.Knowledge and understanding of payroll regulations (FLSA), wage/tax law, and record keeping/administration required. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Attention to detail a MUST.Ability to work with extreme accuracy under pressure.Strong interpersonal skills essential.Ability to work overtime with little advance notice.Advanced knowledge of Word for Windows, Excel, and 10 Key.
