Job Classification: Direct Hire Requirements- 1+ year(s) of customer service experience- Strong computer skillsJob Description- Location: Greeley, CO- $9.50/hr- Direct hire- Start date: November 4, 2013- 6 weeks of paid training - first week schedule will be 3:00 pm - 11:45 pm- Schedule after training - 8 hour shift between 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM, must be able to work any 8 hour shift- Fielding technical questions from customers regarding their banking account information. - As a Technical Support Associate, you get to hear the satisfaction from your customer after youve been able to help them get the most out of their products or services.
