Executive Recruiter:

An Executive Recruiter drives business development through selling to targeted market segments and through providing staffing and recruiting solutions for our clients.  At PrincetonOne, you will be a key member of a national organization and will be given ample opportunities to grow professionally and to thrive in a performance-driven culture.

 

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients through direct selling of staffing/consulting solutions
• Maintain and build relationships within existing clients
• Identify, attract, and recruit high quality candidates for your clients
• Coordinate your practice with a team of Recruiters and Fulfillment Specialists throughout the organization
• Ensure client satisfaction through ongoing communication
• Utilize and maintain database
• Maintain individual accountability for all performance goals
• Enjoy the challenge of recruiting and placing highly educated Electronics Engineers

 

Job Requirements

Desired Skills and Requirements:

 

• BA/BS Degree is desired

• Demonstrated record of being a top performer in your field, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and high character.
• Goal oriented, highly competitive and success driven.
• Possess entrepreneurial instincts and be motivated to earn a 6 figure income.
• The ability to think on their feet in a fast paced environment.
• Comfortable in an office environment conducting business primarily over the telephone and through electronic media.
• Demonstrated sales ability in prospecting new accounts, both over the telephone and through face to face sales presentations.
• Previous experience as a third party recruiter in Software or Hardware Engineering, is a plus.
