Recruiting Coordinator at Centennial

Job Description

 

PAE is a leader in providing worldwide solutions for base operations, logistics, construction, airfield operations, and personnel placement.

PAE is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support an exciting new mission in support of the National Science Foundations Antarctic Operations.

The Recruiting Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Internal Recruiters as well as serving as the central recruiting function resource for the Recruiting Group and the organization. The Recruiting Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of the Recruiting Group by providing a high level of customer service and maintaining quality throughout the Staffing process. In providing this support, the Recruiting Coordinator will interact with candidates/applicants, Recruiters, Employment Managers, Hiring Managers, Executives, and other areas of Human Resources as needed.

You will be expected to maintain various administrative support functions while ensuring a positive candidate experience. In addition, respond to candidate inquiries, schedule interviews, manage correspondence and make travel arrangements.

Responsibilities
As part of the team supporting staffing needs and mobilizations for multiple programs the Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS) database
  • Posting jobs onto the ATS database and other websites
  • Processing all paperwork from candidates to generate offers for positions in support of the Program
  • Assist in reviewing resumes to identify qualified applicants
  • Corresponding with applicants, candidates, and newly hired employees via email and phone to insure proper submission of documents and follow through with on-boarding procedures
  • Sending, receiving, and tracking employment documents via email and overnight mail
  • Assisting and coordinating all the pre-deployment and deployment processes including travel (both domestic and overseas)

Job Requirements

 

  • At least 2+ years prior experience supporting Staffing, HR or Office support functions
  • Prior experience in maintaining applicant tracking software, including applicant sourcing experience (i.e. job posting, advertisement tracking, and database maintenance experience) is highly desirable
  • Should be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment, with changing priorities
  • A great team attitude is required and ability to work well with others
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word required
  • Some knowledge of PowerPoint is helpful
  • Understanding of "surfing" on the internet/worldwide web
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as good phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Associate or Bachelors Degree is highly preferred or relevant experience in lieu of education
