The Basics:

Generate new B2B sales leads and add new commercial customers
Sell TruGreens exciting list of programs and services to existing customers and brainstorm strategies for expanding your customer base
Communicate with customers through phone, online and in-person contact
Work with General Managers, Service Managers and Commercial Account Specialists to complete a level of work thats in line with TruGreen standards

The Must-Haves:

Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university, or related work/education experience
Minimum 3 years of proven sales track record in commercial sales
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
A high degree of energy, motivation and leadership skills
