The Strategic Workforce Analytics Team provides business solutions through the analysis of worker-related data to optimize the management of human capital. While under general supervision, the Workforce Reporting Analyst will be responsible for heavy reporting and some data analysis in a multi-functional business environment for the Strategic Workforce Analytics Team. Responsibilities include developing, improving and automating existing reports and models, and assessing results through data investigation, analysis and evaluation. Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements: Education: 2 years of college level Human Resources courses or demonstrated equivalent.Experience: 2 years of general Human Resources or related experience. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Must be detail oriented. Must be able to handle multiple activities in a fast paced environment. Must be able to set priorities and work to deadlines. Must possess strong organizational skills. Must possess the ability to understand and learn software applications easily. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.Preferred Requirements: Experience using Tableau or other data visualization software.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel: macros, pivot tables, formulas.Experience in the manipulation, interpretation and analysis of large amounts of data and data files.Additional Information: Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.Relocation and per diem support are not available for this position.Country: USA, State: Colorado, City: Denver, Company: URS Corporation Energy and Construction.
