Job Description
Accounting Principals is looking for an Accounts Payable professional in the Denver, CO area.
Accounts Payable Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinates A/P activities of processing and payment of invoices in a timely fashion
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving, checking vendor information, quantities, payment terms and costs, and then entering the information in the account payable system
- Properly matches any purchasing and receiving documents and correctly distributing to the general ledger expense accounts
- Practices proper filing and storage of records
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Experience with high volume data entry
- Strong, accurate, and fast data entry skills
- Knowledge of 3 way match is preferred
- Great accuracy and attention to detail
- Superior organization skills
- Problem-solving and analytical ability
- Ability to multi-task
